The Sociology of Sleep group, together with Professor Simon Williams, University of Warwick received ESRC-funding to run six seminars on 'Sleep and Society'.

Seminar 5:'Sleep, Medicine and Health' 2nd December 2005, University of Warwick

Seminar 6:'Sleep, Worktime and Work Ethics' 14th March 2006, University of Warwick

Seminar 7: Researching Sleep: Connections, Challenges and Future Agendas, 8 December 2006, University of Warwick

Presentations from the seminar series were adapted and collected within two special editions: Sociological Research Online (Arber, Hislop and Williams Eds 2007) and Body & Society (Williams and Crossley Eds 2008).
